Just plain stupidity that you cannot reach an Amazon Fresh store location by telephone. I list my wallet in the store and it was impossible for me to call them. Just irritating.

We have experience at least 3 times purchasing a cherry pie and a different flavor of the pie appears. example label is cherry, but the pie is clearly apple. I do believe some review of quality control is necessary. I am sorry someone needs to verify labels to the correct pie flavor.

Amazon fresh has several food items to which EBT should be accepted, and they do not have it as an acceptable payment. That is a violation of their agreement made when accepting EBT. When items go on clearance they are often removed from the EBT availability. It may be an error but considering they are predominantly online, they need to get that right. Also, Im here complaining because they make it so hard to complain about random issues. Its like click and agree to pre written complaints theyve thought up or nothing . None of the food items in images accept EBT and should.

I bough 3 items from store and maximum for 5£ as picture. But the store charge me 30£. Its so ridiculous. I called the customer service they were keep me in waiting hotline.Im a tourist that cannot back to that store to solve the issues. Really really bad experience.

Today's Delivery was so unacceptably bad on every level, I willbe canceling Prime Fresh bags are overpacked, underpacked, thawed, crushed,missing, inappropriately delivered. Every address is Pinned wrong. Calling for refund is a 1 hour ordeal, 61 items must be sorted through explaining why each is inedible. As an aside: NEVER EVER purchase a download Code for Norton, Amazon Refuses to refund bad products.

Understood my complaint. Showed empathy, and was very patient, waiting for me to find order number. Treated the matter, professionally, and seriously. Informed me that a ticket was being issued regarding Amazon driver, not following specific delivery instructions. More training needs to be given to drivers. There is absolutely no excuse for driver to leave 10 bags of perishable groceries, in Lobby mail area, unattended, on the floor, where they can be stolen, or easily spoiled. The instructions were specific to bring up to appartment and leave on door mat. What measures are being taken to assure me when and if I order again that this experience will not happen again.

So no food I get no email which they said theyd email me instructions. So a waste of gas and no food Im pissed. And still I dont see a refund being issued

How in the *** am I supposed to communicate with the driver who is delivering my groceries if they don't speak English??? I have specific instructions for delivery yet they cannot understand them or me if they don't speak my language?? Does this mean I can no longer order Amazon Fresh without a hassle??

Fraudulent charges security loose And not making her go through all security and I have to go through. When I try to use the card. Did you check my balance? She goes right on transfers. Everything off as she can until I catch onto and they catch onto it with the money still gone and I still dont have a card and I would like to be on the way ASAP maybe 2 to 3 day delivery and Ill pay the $24. No problem long as I still have $900 to pay the rent for me and my kids and I can continue my schooling and Im bout to get kicked out of because Im up all night long. Trying to get my work done right now as we speak thank you.

I was told that if I ordered over 50 dollars worth of groceries, there would be no delivery charge. I was congratulated that I had reached that goal and then I was charged a delivery charge. I called Amazon and complained. They told me there was a coupon on one of the items and that brought the fee to under $50. I offered to add an item and asked how to do that. I was transferred once again and although my food was to be delivered more than 3 hours later , it said that it was already packed and I was told that it was too late to do that. I was told that I had been credited the amount of the the delivery charge towards future Amazon purchases. If this is so, I have no complaints EXCEPT that with all the phone transfers this took up well over a half an hour of my time Bummer!
