After more than 20 years Amazon fan I was today the first time in the amazon fresh store in London kensington street. Horrible horrible horrible, my amazon account was not accepted (no uk account), pay with google pay was not possible. I paid with credit card. No overview of items purchased. No receipt. Only a standard card with qr code to download the receipt later. Charged was 29$ too much. QR code receipt could not be downloaded / displayed. Just a terrible experience

I used this Amazon Fresh for the first time at the very same store as yourself on 30th. Maybe we bumped shoulders?

I too have been charged £29 for the one single item I bought.

I don't have a Amazon Fresh App or account, just used my bank card, so I have no idea how I receive a receipt. I think the charge is a holding amount and I will be correctly charged shortly.

We've been ordering from Amazon Fresh since the pandemic hit. Amazon Fresh groceries have never been the caliber of local grocery stores but doorstep delivery was worth it, pretty much.

I've just discovered that since November 2022, Amazon Fresh has been charging me a tip that was never authorized.

Prior to November '22, the system never charged me a tip - I know that because we have placed over 100 orders since 2020 and a tip was never added by the Amazon system until November '22.

We always give a cash tip directly to the driver/delivery person and never (not once) have we authorized a tip when placing a grocery order on the website.

I never received any Amazon notification email, announcing that they would start auto-generating a tip for Fresh orders, and this was never told to me by any Fresh or Retail agent.

They are auto-generating tips based on a percentage of the grocery order, which the customer knows nothing about. The sudden site change was never noted to customers.

Additionally, as of February 2023, the previously "free" Amazon Fresh grocery delivery (for orders of $35 and up) has been changed to $150 and up (otherwise a delivery fee is charged). This, along with the forced tip situation translates into dropping Amazon Fresh. It really isn't worth it.

Call center agents are located overseas vs.

in the US, prices are higher, hidden charges, forced tips, and new delivery charges - I'm DONE with Amazon Fresh! (And Amazon retail is getting a little old too).

Received amazon fresh order wrong delivery address

They refunded it luckily and were very helpful. It was an honest mistake, I just moved here a couple days ago and forgot the address, they couldnt deliver to me tonight but refunded all items to my card. Very polite customer service!

All of my items was not delivered

Im missing 5 of my items it was not delivered. I would like a refund or my items to be delivered. I wen in to surgery the next day so I didnt get to go through my things and when I finally did today I see that Im missing five items I tried calling there was no answer so I will appreciate it if you will refund my money or send my items

For 2 days I have been trying to get a charge fixed on my account for $15.98. I called customer service twice and keep getting the run around! They did not help nor solve the problem.

It’s been 10 days and no refund

Its been 10 days no refund I keep getting the runaround. First it was 4-5 days then it was 7-10 days now its 2 weeks. Im going on all social media platforms and telling everyone not to use Amazon fresh.

I canceled a order on the 10th, usually they refund me instantly. Ive been calling since the 10th first they said 3-5 days for my refund now they are saying 7-10 days I feel like Im getting the runaround. All they do is ask the same question over and over again. For them to say this is not Amazon fresh department. And sometimes they wont even connect you to that department
