Im a security guard and some *** delivered 12 packages to my post with a different address on the labels. Not even for anyone in this apartment complex. *** Im supposed to do?

Failure of guarenteed delivery

I have been a Prime member for 8 years, and in 2 cases described below in the last month, I placed orders specifically because Amazon guaranteed delivery by a certain date. I relied on that guarantee when deciding to order through Amazon rather than sourcing items elsewhere.

First incident (less than one month ago):

A time-sensitive order failed to arrive as promised, which resulted in my son, who plays college baseball, being unable to play in a weekend tournament his team attended.

This was a missed opportunity that cannot be recreated.

Second incident (current order):

This order was placed for wigs needed for a local high school musical production. The wigs were required not just for the show, but to allow time for professional styling and delivery before performances.

For three consecutive days, the package was marked out for delivery and then delayed. I was repeatedly told it would arrive, only for the delivery window to pass again. It is now scheduled to arrive at a time that makes it impossible for me to style the wigs and deliver them in time.

Today is one of the final rehearsals for the production, and the students will now be without the wigs they were relying on.

This is now the second Prime guaranteed delivery failure involving time-sensitive items in less than a month, and it has had a direct impact on others.

I spoke to three different representatives on Saturday about the late arrival.

Then I spoke to two different customer service representatives today. Yesterday, the customer service reps told me that there was an expedited ticket on the delivery to make sure that it was here before 9:00 a.m. It did not arrive then. The order was then delayed until 3:30 to 7:30.

Then the order was delayed from 4:45 to 8:00 p.m. Now it is delayed from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. This is also the same set of delays that happened Saturday.

It seems as if Amazon is becoming a fraudulent scam when it comes to Prime delivery. They no longer have any way to contact delivery at all, which obviously is a lie.

No company in America right now would have no way to contact their drivers or their delivery system. The only contact you can have is with overseas customer service representatives.

They no longer even have an email address that you can try to contact customer service with. They have cut off all communication about orders other than chatbots and overseas operators.

All they will offer you is a refund per cancellation. I have lost complete faith in Prime delivery, which I have used for thousands of dollars' worth of merchandise since 2018.

They will not get any more.

They never mark the food refrigerate

I was shocked to see the delivery driver carrying 2 cases of water at a time up in the elevator and down 2 long hallways. When he entered my apartment, I asked him to put down the cases near the door, and he did.

I then asked the delivery driver where his hand truck was, and he replied that he didn't have one.

I did some research and found out that the company does not provide a hand truck for its workers. In the year 2026, I'm seeking fewer injuries on the job by Amazon by providing the necessary equipment for its workers to complete their jobs without a high risk for injury.

Preferred solution: I would like to get amazon to supply its workers the adequate equipment to do their job Efficiently And without a high risk of injury This includes providing hand trucks, back braces And anything else that would prevent them from getting injured.

A lost cane

On Saturday, I tried calling the store; it was impossible to get a straight-through number to the store. I am 80 years old, and the temperature here is 15 degrees. After almost 2 hours and talking to about 10 people and being hung up on 3 times, I find it impossible to talk to anyone in the store.

The next time I go, I will ask about my cane; hopefully, someone turned it in, or maybe they threw it out. Fortunately, I have another cane.

Lost Cane
